When did the treaties start playing affect? Why? Treaties
originated in 1774, and it was used between American Indian Nations and the US
to establish borders and prescribe conditions of behavior between the parties.
Treaties have evolved tremendously over time. The places where the treaties
were set into effect was all over the United States on American Indian land,
and continues to be the same to this day.
