Session 5: Where?

Hello!

Where did this originate? Where does this place into effect? This one required some research. I found a great article from a site called Indian Country Today. Here’s a little bit from it, “The first treaty was signed on September 17, 1778 at Fort Pitt, present day Pittsburgh, between the Delaware Nation and the United States of America, which was the name of the Confederacy of States before the adoption of the U.S. Constitution”. So treaties have been around for a while, only a year later than when The Articles of Confederation were born.
